    • Factors such as customs clearance, carrier delays, and your specific international location can affect actual delivery times.

    • If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times due to being dispatched from various locations.

  3. Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Costs vary based on the destination and the weight/size of the items.

    • We may offer promotional free shipping from time to time; terms for such promotions will be clearly stated.

  4. Order Tracking:

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). 

    • You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery via the carrier’s website or our [Link to your tracking page, if you have one]. Please allow a few days for tracking information to become active.

  5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

    • Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country.

    • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Calama has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. 

  6. Incorrect Shipping Address:

    • It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. 

    • Calama is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order. 

At Calama, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our fulfillment process, our return policy is specific.

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • We only accept returns for products that arrive damaged during transit or are non-working (defective) upon arrival.
    • "Damaged" refers to physical harm to the product that occurred during shipping.
    • "Non-working" or "defective" means the product does not function as intended according to its specifications.
  2. Reporting Damaged or Non-Working Products:

    • If you receive a damaged or non-working product, you must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.
    • To initiate a claim, please contact our customer support team at Info@Calamaa.com with the following information:
      • Your Order Number
      • A clear description of the damage or defect.
      • Clear photographic and/or video evidence showing the damage or the product not working. This is crucial for processing your claim with our fulfillment partners.
  3. Return Process & Verification:

    • Once we receive your claim and evidence, we will review it in conjunction with our fulfillment partners.
    • We may require additional information or clarification. Please respond promptly to any requests.
    • Do not send back any items unless specifically instructed to do so by our customer support team. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
  4. Resolution:

    • If your claim is validated, we will offer one of the following resolutions, in coordination with our fulfillment partners' policies:
      • A replacement of the same item (if available).
      • A full refund to your original payment method.
    • In cases of approved returns for damaged or defective goods, Calama will typically cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label if feasible, once confirmed.
  5. Exclusions – What We Cannot Accept Returns For:

    • Due to our fulfillment policies, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
      • Change of mind or "buyer's remorse."
      • Products ordered in error by the customer (e.g., wrong item, size, or color selected).
      • Slight variations in product color or appearance from website images.
      • Damage caused by customer misuse, improper handling, accidents, or failure to follow product instructions.
      • Normal wear and tear.
      • Products where the issue is not reported within the specified timeframe (7 days of delivery).
  6. Refund Processing Time:

    • If a refund is approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original method of payment. Processing times can vary depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations or Modifications

  • We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order is in the processing stage or has been shipped, we are typically unable to make changes or cancellations.
